سياسة الخصوصية

تُوضّح هذه السياسة كيف يجمع تطبيق «برافيرا العقارية» بياناتك الشخصية ويستخدمها ويحفظها عند استخدامك للتطبيق. نلتزم بجمع الحد الأدنى من البيانات اللازمة لتشغيل الخدمة فقط.
١) ما البيانات التي نجمعها ولماذا
- بيانات الحساب: البريد الإلكتروني، الاسم الكامل، ورقم الجوال — لإنشاء حسابك، وتسجيل الدخول، وربطك بإدارة عقارك.
- بيانات العقار: معرّف العقار ومعرّف الوحدة (الشقة) التي تختارها — لربط حسابك بالوحدة الصحيحة بعد موافقة إدارة العقار.
- طلبات الصيانة: عنوان الطلب، الوصف، الفئة، ومستوى الأولوية، بالإضافة إلى الصور التي ترفعها — لمعالجة طلبك ومتابعته.
- الحجوزات: المرفق المحجوز والتاريخ والوقت — لإدارة حجوزاتك.
- تسجيل الدخول عبر Google: إذا اخترت الدخول عبر Google، نستلم بريدك الإلكتروني واسمك من حساب Google فقط — لإنشاء الحساب أو الدخول.
- بيانات تقنية (رموز الإشعارات): رمز الإشعارات (Push Token) لإرسال إشعارات التطبيق. هذه الميزة معطّلة حالياً ولا نجمع هذا الرمز في الوقت الحالي.
٢) ما لا نجمعه
لا نستخدم أي أدوات تتبّع، ولا تحليلات (Analytics)، ولا إعلانات من أطراف خارجية، ولا نبيع بياناتك أو نشاركها لأغراض تسويقية. لا نجمع موقعك الجغرافي.
٣) أين تُخزَّن بياناتك
تُخزَّن بياناتك لدى مزوّد الخدمة Supabase (على بنية Amazon Web Services «AWS»)، وتُخزَّن صور الصيانة في خدمة التخزين التابعة لها. المنطقة الجغرافية للخوادم: شمال شرق آسيا — سيول، كوريا الجنوبية (ap-northeast-2). يُعالَج الوصول إلى البيانات وفق سياسات أمان صفّية (Row-Level Security).
٤) مدة الاحتفاظ وحذف الحساب
نحتفظ ببياناتك ما دام حسابك فعّالاً ولتقديم الخدمة.
يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت — من داخل التطبيق عبر: «حسابي» ثم «حذف الحساب»، أو بمراسلتنا على privacy@bravera.org من البريد الإلكتروني المرتبط بحسابك. الحذف فوري ولا يمكن التراجع عنه.
عند الحذف:
- تُحذف بياناتك الشخصية نهائياً: الحساب، الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، رقم الجوال، صور طلبات الصيانة، الإشعارات، وسجلّ الدخول (حساب المصادقة).
- تُجهَّل السجلات التشغيلية ولا تُحذف: تبقى طلبات الصيانة والحجوزات لدى إدارة العقار بعد إزالة ما يربطها بك وإزالة النصوص الحرّة (العنوان والوصف)، بحيث يحتفظ العقار بسجلّه التشغيلي دون أي ربط بشخصك.
٥) حقوقك
- الاطّلاع: طلب نسخة من بياناتك الشخصية.
- التصحيح: تعديل أي بيانات غير دقيقة (ويمكنك تعديل معظمها من داخل التطبيق).
- الحذف: حذف حسابك وبياناتك فوراً من داخل التطبيق، أو بمراسلتنا (انظر القسم ٤).
لطلب الاطّلاع أو التصحيح، راسلنا على privacy@bravera.org من البريد الإلكتروني المرتبط بحسابك، وسنعالج طلبك خلال مدة معقولة.
٦) الامتثال النظامي
نلتزم بالتعامل مع بياناتك بما يتوافق مع نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية (PDPL) في المملكة العربية السعودية ولوائحه التنفيذية.

This policy explains how the Bravera app collects, uses, and stores your personal data. We collect only the minimum needed to run the service.
1) What we collect and why
- Account: email, full name, phone number — to create your account, sign you in, and link you to your property management.
- Property data: property ID and unit ID you select — to link your account to the correct unit after approval.
- Maintenance requests: title, description, category, priority, and the photos you upload — to process and track your request.
- Bookings: the facility, date and time — to manage your bookings.
- Google Sign-In: if you choose Google, we receive only your email and name from Google — to create or sign in to your account.
- Technical (push token): a push notification token to send app notifications. This feature is currently disabled and the token is not collected at this time.
2) What we do NOT do
No tracking, no analytics, no third-party advertising. We do not sell or share your data for marketing, and we do not collect your location.
3) Where your data is stored
Your data is stored with Supabase (on Amazon Web Services, “AWS”), and maintenance photos in its storage service. Server region: Northeast Asia — Seoul, South Korea (ap-northeast-2). Access is governed by Row-Level Security policies.
4) Retention & account deletion
We keep your data while your account is active.
You can delete your account at any time — in the app via Account → Delete account (حذف الحساب), or by emailing privacy@bravera.org from the address linked to your account. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.
On deletion:
- Your personal data is permanently deleted: account, name, email, phone number, maintenance photos, notifications, and your authentication record.
- Operational records are anonymized, not deleted: maintenance requests and bookings are retained with the link to you removed (owner_id) and free-text (title/description) stripped, so the property keeps its operational history with no link to you.
5) Your rights
You can delete your account immediately in-app or by email (see section 4). For access or correction, email privacy@bravera.org from the address linked to your account and we will process your request within a reasonable period.
6) Regulatory compliance
We handle your data in line with Saudi Arabia’s Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and its regulations.
